This recognition places allpay among some of the industry’s leading organisations, including Barclaycard, Lloyds, Vodafone, BT, and well-known brands such as Tyl by NatWest, Specsavers, and Norwegian Cruise Line.
The nomination for Change & Innovation Team of the Year highlights allpay’s commitment to delivering meaningful improvements for clients and their customers. Over the past two years, the team has focused on refining processes, enhancing customer experiences, and implementing impactful changes that set them apart.
Being shortlisted for Best Contact Centre Culture is a testament to the positive and supportive environment that has been cultivated within allpay’s Client Services team. With a strong focus on career development, employee recognition, well-being, and inclusivity, the team has built a culture where individuals feel valued and empowered to succeed.

The winners will be announced at the UK National Contact Centre Awards in Central London on Monday, 16th June 2025.
