New to the allpay app and allpayments.net?

  1. Open the allpay app.
  2. Press the Register button.
  3. Enter the following:
  4. Review allpay’s Terms & Conditions.
  5. Press checkbox button to accept allpay’s Terms & Conditions.
  6. Press the Sign Up button.
  7. Next, create a 4-digit numerical PIN code, used to unlock the app for future logins.
  8. Confirm 4-digit numerical PIN code.
  9. Press the Save Button
  10. The app will authenticate your account and take you to the ‘Make a Payment’ page, ready for you to set up your payment recipient, payment method and make your payment!

New to the allpay app but have an allpayments.net account?

Logging in to the allpay app.

  1. Open the allpay app.
  2. If you know your 4 digit numerical PIN code:

Adding a payee account/PRN

  1. Path 1:

  3. Enter the PRN number associated with the account you wish to pay into.
  4. Press the Next button.
  5. Fill in the mandatory fields and dropdowns marked with an asterisk ‘*’.
  6. Review the Terms & Conditions using the link provided.
  7. Press the checkbox/radio button to accept the Terms & Conditions.
  8. Press the Save button.
  9. If not automatically redirected to the ‘Make a Payment’ page:

Adding a card and making a payment

  • If Pay with New Card text is not already displayed in the Select Card and Enter Security Code tumbler, press the right-hand arrow/chevron.
  • Enter the amount of money you would like to pay from the new card into the nominated account/PRN.
  • Press the Next button.
  • In the Verify Payment dialogue, press the Pay button.
  • Complete all fields in the Payment details page.
  • If you wish to save the card and use it in future transactions, tick the Save Card Details checkbox/radio button.
  • If not automatically redirected to the Make Payment page:

Viewing transactions

  • Press the hamburger menu icon allpayments.net hamburger menu icon in the top-right banner of the screen.
  • From the dropdown menu displayed, press History.
  • From the extended dropdown menu, press Payment History.
  • Within the Payment History page press the Select an account to view its history dropdown and select the account you wish to see the payment history for.
  • Set the desired date range using the From and To fields. Alternatively press the Select A Date Range dropdown and select the applicable period.Note: periods count back from current date.
  • Press the Update button.
  • Payment history will be displayed in a result panel below the panel where you set the search criteria.

Returning to the ‘Make a Payment’ page

  • Press the hamburger menu icon allpayments.net hamburger menu icon in the top-right of the screen.
  • From the dropdown menu displayed, press Make a Payment.

General FAQs

What is allpay Internet Payments?

allpay Internet Payments is a secure online payment facility to accept, authorise and process payments for you. This service is provided by allpay Ltd on behalf of the billing organisation to whom you are paying your bill.

What if I’m an existing customer and I have forgotten the answer to my security question?

If you have forgotten the answer to your security question, please email us at enquiries@allpay.net and give your:

  • PRN number (this is the 19 digit payment reference number from your allpay swipe card or barcode).
  • Name of organisation you are trying to pay (Housing Association, Local Authority, Magistrates’ Court, Credit Union, Debt Collector or School).
  • Email address.
  • Your name (first name and last name).

What is a valid password for allpay Internet Payments?

allpay Internet Payments will only accept passwords that include 10 characters including at least: 1 lower case letter, 1 upper case letter and 1 number.

Can I sign in with my allpay mobile app credentials?

Yes. If you use the allpay mobile app, your sign in credentials (email address and password) will work with allpay Internet Payments.

Any accounts you have saved with the app will also be available via allpay Internet Payments.

What if I cannot sign in to allpay Internet Payments?

All customers must first complete a one-time sign up to access allpay Internet Payments.

If you have already signed up, please check that when signing in, you are typing your email address and password accurately. We recommend you to type your password and do not use copy and paste.

What do I need to use allpay internet payments?

To use allpay internet payments you need a 19 digit payment reference number. A payment reference number can be found on an allpay issued magnetic swipe card which looks like a credit/debit card and usually has the name of the organisation to whom you are paying your bills, or on a barcoded bill.

If you are paying a Sports Club, please use the number from your Membership Card.

Since your payment card or barcoded bill have no monetary value, you will also need a credit and/or debit card.

allpay Internet Payments also requires users to have JavaScript and cookies enabled on their computers.

Who can I pay?

allpay Internet Payments enables you to pay your bills to a variety of organisations including Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Magistrates’ Courts, Credit Unions, Debt Collectors, Schools and Sports Clubs. If you are in any doubt as to whether your billing organisation enables you to pay bills through this service, please contact them directly.

How much can I pay?

You can pay any amount between £1 and £99,999 in one transaction. Note that some organisations may impose lower maximum or higher minimum values.

What if I am still experiencing problems?

What is a Membership Card?

If you are paying to a Sports Club, then you can sign up to Internet Payments using your Membership Card number. This is the card given to you by the Sports Club and has a number printed on it.

If you do not have a Membership Card then please contact your Sports Club.

Registration Failure

An error message will be displayed when trying to register a new account:

  • If the device’s data (or WiFi) connection drops after selecting the ‘Submit’ button
  • If the entered an Email address is already associated with an existing account

Password Reset Failure

An error message will be displayed when trying to reset a password:

  • If the device’s data (or WiFi) connection drops after selecting the ‘Reset’ button
  • When the entered password does not meet the complexity requirements
