We’re proud to announce that allpay has been shortlisted for Technology Partner of the Year at the Northern Housing Awards 2026, recognising our work in partnership with housing provider Accent.
The shortlist reflects the impact of Pay‑by‑Link Plus, our secure digital payment solution designed to remove friction from the payment journey while supporting digital inclusion across the housing sector. Working closely with Accent, the solution enables customers to make payments quickly and safely via SMS or email, without the need to log into portals or download apps.
Since launch, Pay‑by‑Link Plus has seen strong adoption, delivering measurable operational and financial benefits and improving how housing teams engage with customers around payments. The partnership focused on tailoring the solution to Accent’s needs, supported by structured onboarding, real‑time reporting and ongoing optimisation.
Amanda Oakley, Head of Housing Service at Accent, said:
“What sets allpay apart is their proactive and partnership-driven approach. In addition to delivering a reliable payment tool, they provided strategic insight, real-time reporting, and continuous optimisation support. We have seen improved tenant engagement, and greater flexibility in how customers choose to pay. The collaboration has strengthened our digital transformation journey and delivered tangible operational and financial benefits.”
This recognition highlights the value of close collaboration between allpay and housing providers, combining sector expertise with technology that delivers real‑world outcomes for both organisations and their customers.
The Northern Housing Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 21 May, and we’re looking forward to celebrating alongside partners from across the sector.
