Paperless Direct Debit updates
Our Email Notifications Solution replaces Direct Debit amendment notification letters with emails sent in real-time, cutting down printing and postage costs, and paper consumption and improving carbon footprint. Your customers will receive a verification email asking them to verify their email address to receive email notifications. If their email address is not verified, they will continue to receive notification letters (now available in Welsh language).
Easily view who has verified their email address in a report from the Direct Debit portal.
