Planned Maintenance

We have been advised of the following work Scheduled for the following dates [Inc. Outage Window].

This will impact our Call Masking and IVR Customers:

Monday 17/02/2020 22:00 to Tuesday 18/02/2020 06:00

Tuesday 18/02/202 22:00 to Wednesday 19/02/2020 06:00

Impact Assessment:

Calls in progress will be maintained but customers will not be able to setup new calls for about 10 seconds during Switch of Activity after 22:00. There will be a loss of redundancy during the upgrade.

Please be advised, due to flooding we are currently operating using a reduced contact centre.
