Please be advised we are conducting maintenance on our Direct Debit client portal between 6 pm and 8 pm. We anticipate there may be an interruption to service during these hours. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Due to planned maintenance for the Recurring Payment functionality, we anticipate there to be a period of downtime between 18:00 - 20:00.
We continue to review our business continuity arrangements, considering the ongoing risk of the Coronavirus, to ensure we are fully prepared. This plan is designed to mitigate the impact of disruptive events, including a prolonged pandemic, to ensure the continuity of services with priority given to critical functions.
These measures will reduce the impact on the services allpay are able to provide to our clients. We are also assessing our own suppliers’ resilience to the risk of Coronavirus to minimise the impact on our capability.
