Planned Maintenance

Please be advised, our next maintenance window will take place from 22:00 2nd February to 06:30 3rd February.

We anticipate our IVR telephone line to be impacted during two periods of up to a maximum of 10 minutes downtime. Due to the timing of this maintenance, we anticipate the first period of downtime to take place between midnight and 1 pm and the second period between 2-3 am.

We continue to review our business continuity arrangements, considering the ongoing risk of the Coronavirus, to ensure we are fully prepared. This plan is designed to mitigate the impact of disruptive events, including a prolonged pandemic, to ensure the continuity of services with priority given to critical functions.

These measures will reduce the impact on the services allpay are able to provide to our clients. We are also assessing our own suppliers’ resilience to the risk of Coronavirus to minimise the impact on our capability.
