As we continue to grow our business in line with our ongoing strategy, we are pleased to add two new positions to our existing sales structure.

We seek a Sales Support Administrator to join our team based at our Hereford Headquarters, working alongside our external sales teams. This is an exciting role which is critical in ensuring we support our sales teams by assisting them to provide a smooth and market leading sales journey for our customers.

Sales support have an important role to play in ensuring we retain and grow revenue from our existing relationships. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity for the right person to grow skills and experience in an exciting environment and to progress within our sales division.

Primary areas of accountability:

 As Sales Support Administrator, some of your key duties will include:

  • Producing accurate forecasting data and sales reports to the team and clients as required.
  • Building strong relationships with the clients including lead generation and prospecting.
  • Generating quotations and handling any client queries over the telephone, including complaint resolution and escalating to the regional sales teams as appropriate.

  • Good IT skills especially with Microsoft packages and CRM systems.
