Our Client Services department are looking for a Relationship Manager to join their team.
The Relationship Manager will manage the day to day relationships with defined clients delivering an enhanced level of customer service and strengthening relationships.
Primary areas of accountability:
As a Relationship Manager some of your key duties will include;
- Overseeing large scale projects with your defined clients and liaising with the relevant internal stakeholders
- Conducting regular and strategic meetings, telephone calls or conference calls with clients
- Production and presentation of monthly KPI packs
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records through Salesforce
Key skills required:
The ideal candidate will have developed communication skills with ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Previous experience in a customer account management role or similar is essential along with the enthusiasm to succeed in customer satisfaction.
Some experience in project management would be beneficial with the ability to simultaneously manage several complex activities.
