Primary areas of accountability:
As Relationship Manager you will utilise your excellent communication skills to establish and maintain strong relationships. If you are enthusiastic and have a desire to succeed in customer satisfaction, this role is perfect for you.
You will take ownership of managing relationships with a defined list of allpay’s strategic Clients, by overseeing large scale projects, conducting meetings and conference calls. You will be the first point of contact and provide support for all queries, liaising with relevant internal departments.

As the ideal candidate, you will:
- Add value to the team by sharing your knowledge and expertise gained in previous account management roles;
- Have strong commercial awareness and be able to identify and communicate sales opportunities;
- Demonstrate project management and organisational skills to effectively work to deadlines.
