We are now recruiting for a Logistics Administrator based in our Hereford Head Office.
The allpay Logistics department are responsible for goods shipping, goods receipt and distribution and for the management of stock.
Primary areas of accountability:
To control the booking of external shipments through approved shipping providers
Adherence to goods handling procedures for both receipt and despatch
Information input and upkeep of stock system
To work with secure items ensuring correct procedures are followed in line with regulation and standards
- Adherence to departmental and company compliance standards and regulation
Key skills required:
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent including Mathematics and English
Demonstrable computer literacy
Good communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this role
Ability to approach work in a methodical and organised manner
