allpay Limited are now recruiting for two Client Services Support Advisors (1 x Permanent and 1 x FTC up to 12 months) to join our Client Services Team, based in our Hereford Head Office. In this role, you’ll provide customer service support to our clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolution across 12 different products and bespoke portals.
Primary areas of accountability:
Taking responsibility for resolving queries either by phone or e-mail which may include: taking payments, password resets and assisting with downloading files
Recording and maintaining accurate electronic records
Reporting, logging and communicating faults
Ownership of complaints and resolution
Key skills required:
The ability to deliver first-class customer service to ensure successful resolution through problem solving
An excellent telephone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and can maintain accurate records
Good team player skills and are flexible and adaptable to change
