WebconnecT
Developed in-house to specifically address the needs of the client, WebconnecT is a web based portal available for use 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
To use the system, clients merely require access to the Internet, a web-browser and security clearance. No hardware or software additional to normal web operations is required.
The system puts allpay.net's clients in complete control, enabling them to simply and efficiently manage customer details and many aspects of their bill payment solutions, including:
Order New and Replacement Swipe Cards
It is possible to search all live cards, amend related customer details and order new and replacement payment swipe cards.
Data for ordering new and replacement cards can also be imported, reducing the need for manual input.
Set up Direct Debits
Clients can simply and efficiently set up, amend or close, depending on their system, Paper Based or Paperless Direct Debits for their customers.
WebconnecT comes with full telephone scripting, assisting staff in covering legal disclaimers and talking customers through the Paperless Direct Debit setup process.
Data for payment increases can also be imported, reducing the need for manual import.
The system also provides a fully searchable order history for both swipecards and Direct Debits.
Collect Customer Payment Files
Whatever number of payment systems clients use, allpay consolidates all payment information into a single data stream. This data is available to clients the next working day through WebconnecT and can easily be imported into housing management, revenue collection systems and accounting packages.
Payment files are normally available for download by 10am on each working day.

"I just wanted to thank the designers of the site for making it so usable and accessible. I am blind and use a screen reader. I have had cause to use the site on a few occasions recently while covering for absent colleagues and I have had no difficulty whatsoever, thanks to the way web standards and guidelines have been followed by the creators of your site.
Please could you pass on my comment to someone involved with the design of WebconnecT. There are people like me, working with IT and there could be more of us if more software and web designers followed the example of WebconnecT, whether its accessibility was a deliberate policy, or just as a result of adhering to web guidelines and good practice."
