Company focused training begins the very first day a new member of staff joins allpay. Participating in a 3-day induction programme, all new staff are introduced to the organisation, its client base and the wide range of payment and collection solutions allpay offers.
From induction, allpay's staff receive in-depth on the job training and regularly participate in training programs. This ensures they are knowledgeable on all the latest products and solutions and striving for customer excellence throughout the organisation.
To continually develop their computer skills, staff are actively encouraged to attend tailored Microsoft training courses, run in-house by allpay's own team of experts.
Client Focused Training
To ensure that its clients are able to get the most out of its services, products and solutions, allpay offers in-depth tailored training, available on-site, at the client's premises.
