Over-the-Counter Payments

An allpay.net swipe card offers clients' customers the facility to make their bill payments simply and efficiently at plenty of conveniently situated UK retail outlets using a variety of payment methods, including cash.

Payment Outlets

All outlets operate on the allpay.net partner networks - PayPoint, Woolworths and the Post Office™ - and many offer customers the option to pay their allpay.net client bills while at the same time topping up a mobile phone or settling a utility account.

Across all networks, for each transaction made, the customer is issued with a receipt as proof of payment.

The PayPoint Network

http://www.paypoint.co.uk

PayPoint provides over 18,000 payment outlets across the UK, easily identified by their distinctive yellow and blue livery.

With payment terminals located in newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and garages, this network, by the nature of its outlets, provides long and convenient opening hours.

The allpay.net plastic swipe card is accepted in all PayPoint outlets along with a payment by cash.

The Woolworths Network

http://www.woolworths.co.uk

Woolworths is the latest addition to allpay.net's partner networks and with over 800 stores across the UK they bring bill payment convenience to high street shoppers.

Situated in towns and cities across the UK, Woolworths is focused on the home, family and entertainment and offers its customers value-for-money on an extended range of products.

An allpay.net plastic swipe card and/or barcoded bill is accepted with cash and debit card at all Woolworths stores.

The Post Office™ Network

http://www.postoffice.co.uk

The Post Office™ network, with approximately 16,000 branches, was the first network allpay.net made available to its clients over 10 years ago and is one of the UK's most recognised and trusted brands.

The Post Office™ has about 41 million customer visits per week. Of the 2.4 billion transactions carried out at the Post Office™ each year, 500 million of these are household bill payments.

Working in complete harmony with allpay.net's other payment methods, organisations offering over-the-counter swipe card payments benefit from having all transactional data made available the next working day over allpay's secure Internet based communication portal WebconnecT.

This allows posting of payments to revenue, housing management or accounting systems as a single data-stream providing a seamless, cost effective solution to payment collection.

www.southlakeshousing.co.uk

"South Lakes Housing had been using swipe cards for Post Office payments through another service provider but felt that allpay.net could provide a wider reaching service for tenants because of the availability of the additional outlets.

The implementation process was much simpler with allpay.net as is the system for obtaining payment files and requesting new cards. Moving to allpay has been popular both in house and with tenants. After fixing a change over date and implementing a publicity campaign the number of tenants wanting to use swipecards rose by approximately 10% (of all tenants paying rent) in four weeks.

The support team was exceptional both during and after implementation, any queries being very promptly resolved.

All members of the allpay.net team are friendly and helpful and I feel that we established an excellent working relationship from day 1."
