allpay's Telephone Payments uses Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology to allow bill payers to make a payment through an automated phone system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Customers need a valid allpay payment card or barcoded bill and a debit or credit card. They can then call 0844 557 8321 to make a payment.

allpay Limited would like to make you aware that calls to 0844 numbers will be charged at 7 pence per minute plus your phone company’s access charge, which may vary depending on provider.

allpay offers both a text payments and alerts service increasing the payment methods you can offer and providing you with an easy and effective way of communicating with customers.

Text payments

allpay's text payments service is a secure text message bill payment option available to your customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your customers simply need a UK-registered mobile phone, a valid allpay payment card or barcoded bill and a current debit or credit card (debit card only if you prefer).

After a brief registration online your customers can pay their bills anytime, anyplace, anywhere by simply texting a code and the amount they wish to pay to a designated number. You’ll also benefit from having all transactional data made available the next working day over allpay’s secure web-based communication portal Webconnect.

Text and email alerts

Through allpay's Uconnect one-way messaging service, you can communicate with customers via email or text message. It is ideal for payment reminders, notifications of housing availability and other important events.

You’ll have the ability to tailor messages to your exact requirements by communicating with your customers individually or in bulk, and through a familiar and comfortable method.allpay offers a fully-hosted service with no need for additional hardware or software. It’s quick to set up and all training and support is provided.

Simply log on to allpay’s secure web-based communication portal Webconnect. You’ll need to enter your customers’ email addresses or mobile telephone numbers into the recipient field then type the message you wish to communicate
