allpay launches new Direct Debit platform

After several years of extensive research, development and implementation, the new allpay Direct Debit portal has been launched for all current WebconnecT clients.

From Monday 13th July, all clients will be able to log onto the new portal address and access the new system, which includes:


  • A faster and streamlined direct debit set-up procedure
  • Greater account visibility for clients to support their customers
  • The removal of the 250-line limit for bulk uploads used for annual increases.  

These features will make it a lot easier for allpay clients to manage direct debits for their customers.

The new product really does showcase allpay's commitment to delivering a cutting edge platform for clients and this is only the first phase. There are four more phases planned for 2015/2016, with even more exciting new features that clients have asked for, such as online presentment and variable collections, which are currently in development
