When Chantal Lloyd approached the allpay Charity committee, the A-Team, it didn’t take them long to say yes to her marathon appeal.
Chantal, whose mother Jan works at allpay, is set to run the 26.2 mile Virgin London Marathon on April 25th. She chose to support a charity close to the heart of allpay – Shelter, the national charity for the homeless.
She is aiming to raise £1600 and has been preparing for the run for the last 5 months.
“The preparation has been hard and has taken up a lot of time. I recently completed the Forest of Dean half Marathon which puts me in good stead for the challenge ahead. allpay’s generous donation of £200 will certainly help towards my target,” said Chantal.
