Awards and accolades for allpay staff were on the cards at HGTA’s annual award ceremony last week.
Twelve months of serious studying certainly paid off for Rebecca Simpkins, Sarah Lee and James Upcott, and there was also a special award for allpay’s Human Resources Manager Pam Wooden.
18 year old Rebecca not only received her certificate for NVQ Level 3 Business and Administration but also scooped the Level 3 Apprentice of the Year trophy.
She was awarded her prize for her dedication and maturity when completing her NVQ and for the hard work and effort she has put in at college and within allpay’s Direct Debit department where she works as an administrator.
Sarah, 18, also received her NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration certificate and will put her skills to good use in her role as Office and HR Administrator, whilst James, 19, and a Direct Debit Administrator, achieved his NVQ Level 2.
Pam was awarded the Apprenticeship Champion Award for her commitment and enthusiasm to the apprenticeship scheme, her support of our apprentices within allpay and her work with young people outside of the scheme such as the Herefordshire School’s work experience programmes and careers events.
Emma Bennett, HGTA’s Commerce Assessor Trainer and Centre Coordinator commented “HGTA are delighted with the success of allpay apprentices and staff at our recent annual award ceremony. The positive and developmental approach that allpay take to youth training is exemplary. HGTA are most grateful for the support of the entire allpay team with regards to the apprenticeship programme, and in particular from Pam who was individually recognised on the night for her fantastic work.”
