Internet Payments at www.allpayments.net

September 2004 saw the launch of allpay.net's brand new internet payment site, www.allpayments.net.
Developed entirely in-house, allpayments.net is the perfect complement to allpay.net's existing, expansive portfolio of payment options, creating yet another flexible way of paying.
allpayments.net allows clients' service users to pay their bills online, free of charge, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, subsequently helping clients meet government targets for e-business.
There is no registration process required prior to using this service, making it quick and easy to carry out either regular or one-off payments:
STEP 1:
Service users simply log on or follow the links to http://www.allpayments.net Service users are then prompted to enter their Payment Card Number.

STEP 2:
The site automatically identifies the first time that any card is used; all first-time users are asked to enter and confirm a password for added security and an email address at which the name of the cardholder can receive payment confirmation. Service users will be asked for this password each time they log on with the same Payment Card Number. All users of www.allpayments.net must have a valid email address.
STEP 3:
Service users are greeted with a message confirming the name of the organisation to which they are making a payment. They are prompted to enter the amount they wish to pay and the details of the credit/debit card from which they wish the payment to be taken before clicking Pay Now.

STEP 4:
Debit/credit cards are authorised in real time by allpay.net's own in-house authorisation engine. No card details are retained within the site. Upon successful completion of the transaction, a confirmation page will appear providing a payment reference and an authorisation code. A confirmation email will be sent with the same confirmation details to the nominated email address.

allpayments.net not only benefits the service users by its simplicity but may also aid towards decreasing arrears by providing the flexibility to make payments at any time or place the internet is available.
As with all of allpay.net's services, daily transaction files will be made available to the client organisation for next working day download through allpay.net's new client communication system, WebconnecT.
