We are now recruiting for a self-managed Bid Manager to join the team, to effectively manage all tenders from start to finish.
As Bid Manager, some of your key duties will include:
- The co-ordination, instruction, motivation and, at times, challenging stakeholders to develop winning quality and pricing proposals to form the complete submission
- Understanding the products to qualify an opportunity
- Optimising submissions utilising data and visuals
- Setting-up and running a bid team and handover meetings, managing and motivating subject matter experts in the business effectively and translating subject matter into winning submissions
