To begin using Callpay, all you need is an internet connection and an individual email account for each member of staff. Staff log on to Callpay using their individual user login.

  • Instantly take a payment from your new customer

  • In-depth search facility – search for past transactions using up to nine different criteria
  • User-friendly website – navigation is simple and straight-forward
  • Postcode look-up – fast address input and data is standardised.

 

Choose from these optional Callpay features:

  • Accept credit cards – take credit card payments from your customers
  • Accept cash and cheque payments too
  • Take one-off payments for literally anything (e.g. rent, sundry debts, repairs) without having to set up an allpay account
  • Create an instant barcoded invoice to allow your customers to make one-off payments at their local PayPoint outlet or Post Office®
  • Refunding – Callpay users can be granted permission to easily carry out refunds for customers
