On Monday 26th October, allpay greeted HER ROYAL HIGHNESS PRINCESS ANNE who arrived in Herefordshire to visit a number of the most successful local companies.
The Princess Royal, who is a regular visitor to the county visited MilSys (UK) Ltd, who hosted this business leaders event. The Princess Royal was met by Graham Biggs, President of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce who introduce her to key business leaders from the county, including allpay represented by Nick Peplow, Marketing Director and Rebecca White, Marketing Communications Manager. Other companies were: GSEC Enterprise, Specialist Mobility Training, Prometheus Medical Limited, Central Group, Wiggly Wigglers, LUK Aftermarket Services, and Collins Design & Build.
The leaders then sat down to a round table discussion covering areas such as how the recession is affecting Herefordshire and why there is so much opportunity to do business in the county.
Nick Peplow, allpay’s Marketing Director, said, “I am delighted that allpay was recognised as a key business in Herefordshire and very honoured to meet Her Royal Highness. It’s great that such a senior member of the royal family is taking an active interest in Herefordshire businesses.”
The managing director of leading public sector bill payment specialist allpay has hit back at the BBC’s ‘negative’ portrayal of Hereford in a report on the state of the UK economy
