On Friday 19th June allpay lent a hand to staff wanting to stay healthy by encouraging the team to keep fit with various tricks and tips!
• Special low fat options were available from the healthy menu in the in-house restaurant
• A “Fit bug” pedometer demonstration by the PruHealth team (Pruhealth is allpay’s supplier for comprehensive health insurance, available to all staff
• ‘Routes to fitness’ were devised to help staff achieve the recommended 10,000 steps a day
• A ‘five-a-day’ bag was available to all packed full of fruit and vegetables
• Free juicy fruit salads were on offer instead of a cream cake during allpay’s famous Happy Hour
• A weight watchers 4 in 1 Body Analyser Scale was brought in for staff to measure their weight BMI (body mass index), body fat, and body water. This is now located in the company’s onsite state of the art gym!
• A Healthy Food Quiz won by staff member Alex Wenyon who went all creative by devising a healthy meal to be seen on the restaurant menu
