allpay finalists in CIM Marketing Excellence Awards 2009
allpay Limited has been shortlisted for the finals of the national Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Marketing Excellence Awards!
allpay submitted its entry following the company’s rebranding exercise which culminated in March 2009 when the company changed its name from “allpay.net Limited” to “allpay Limited” and completely overhauled its brand identity. This included a new logo and a fresh look for all of its corporate communications.
allpay is in the final six in the Financial Services category alongside such giants as Allianz Insurance, Scottish Widows and AEGON UK.
Jon Fisher, Director of Events at the CIM states “The response to our awards was tremendous, attracting exceptional entries with extremely high quality marketing projects from a variety of organisations across the industry categories. The judging stage proved challenging but eventually, after much deliberation and some very difficult decision-making, the list of successful finalists was reached.”
allpay’s Marketing Director, Nick Peplow, comments “We set out to rebuild the brand to support the company’s strategy for a new era of growth and opportunity. The team delivered brilliantly and I was particularly proud that we did all the work in-house. Many companies feel the need to spend tens of thousands of pounds with specialist marketing agencies, but I was confident we had the talent right here.”
Winners will be officially announced at an exclusive black-tie event on 17 February 2010, at the five star Grange St Paul’s Hotel in London. The evening will be hosted by Hugh Dennis, of Mock the Week fame.
